One of the reasons I love shopping at Anthropologie is the fact that the decor throughout the store is so delicious to look at. A bit of vintage and a bit of handmade. Perfect! Check out this video on the making of their Earth Day themed windows and get inspired!
Here’s a tutorial on DIY Paper Root Veggies perfect for display!
I came across this cute animated safety message by Australian train company, Metro Trains Melbourne. This was produced to warn the public about the dangers of acting recklessly around trains. Cute, humorous, and disturbing all at the same time!
I came across this lovely video the other day. It leads the viewer through the making of a red dress from an idea on paper to the final product. It’s a great example of why I love anything handmade!
“The ‘Art of Making’ series aspires to display and highlight people who go against the spirit of today’s pessimism and desperation. They dare to dream and create with zeal and imagination. Armed with passion for knowledge and emotion, they attempt to combine the precision of science with the elegance and resourcefulness of art. We thank them wholeheartedly for their contribution.”
